Shirley Costa is the SVP for Client Success and Advocacy in the Korn Ferry Digital organization - APAC. She is based out of the Singapore office.

In her role, she is accountable for client success across the customer life cycle including pre-sales, delivery excellence and delivering customer value for Korn Ferry’s Digital portfolio. She drives successful deployments for large scale engagements in strong collaboration with Advisory Consulting, Marquee account leaders and RPO to foster a unified engagement approach for One Korn Ferry.

Shirley is an accomplished Business Technology Leader and brings over 10+ years of experiences with Salesforce and 15+ years with Accenture eco system to Korn Ferry, engaging with international customers across industries. She held various positions, including leading the Transformation efforts at Enterprise level clients. Sales and Call Centers transformation to support top tier strategic customers and account teams through their Digital transformation journey and drive adoption of innovation platform, Cloud solutions and Digital Business Services. 

During her tenure at Salesforce, she played several roles pre and post Sales across the core platform. Account partner for Advisory and Customer Success for Sales, Service and Marketing.  She is certified in Salesforce Administration, Sales and Service Consulting.

With Accenture she played the role of the global delivery lead. 15+ years of Accenture-specific IT experience includes deal development/shaping, management and development of proposal processes (RFPs), contract, development/ management, Business Development, Alliance Management, IT Operations and Account Management, Outsourcing, Mobilization, Transition and Transformation. Significant Transition and Mobilization experience along with Service Delivery for Application Development.

Shirley is passionate in bringing diverse teams together across development, product management, consulting and sales to structure and solve complex business transactions. She is strategic thinker transforming organizations, co-creating and executing roadmaps with customers. Building and executing global governance at scale.

Her area’s of expertise include;  Business Technology, Sales and Business Development, Account Management, Innovation management, Professional Services/ SaaS, Software Development, Cross functional collaboration and global governance.
