Shona is a thought leader for innovative solutions on strategy, organisation effectiveness, culture, operations and performance transformation. Shona has a proven track record in cultivating trusting relationships with C-Suite and the Board across 40+ companies. She is passionate about unlocking the human potential organisations through organisational strategies and people programmes to ‘make changes stick’.

Her experience spans sectors with spikes in capital intensive sectors (energy, industrials, contruction, mining, telecommunications). She has served client across APAC and the Middle East (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, China, Abu Dhabi, Israel).

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Shona spent a year as a partner in Partner in Performance’s Southeast Asia practice focusing on complex operational and organisational transformation.

Before that Shona managed her own a boutique consulting  firm providing advice to global C-Suite and Board level clients on their most pressing strategy, organisational and operational issues.

She was also a Director with Booz & Company’s Southeast Asia practice where she worked with clients across APAC and led culture transformation programs across sectors (e.g. telecommunications, financial services, mining).
