Simon Oswin is an Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry based in the Firm's London office.
His expertise is in the area of talent management with a focus on organisational effectiveness, helping clients to identify and develop talent and enhance both individual and organisational performance.
He has delivered high-potential programmes for major UK clients; helping them to measure potential objectively and ensure development is targeted where it will have greatest impact.
He has implemented organisational restructure initiatives; supporting clients to define the future capability needed drive organisational and culture change and selecting talented individuals to fill key roles.
Before joining Korn Ferry, he was Relationship Director at IBM Kenexa delivering assessment and development solutions for some of UK Government's largest Departments and Agencies.
Mr. Oswin has 20 years experience working with organisations to develop and implement their talent strategies. He leads a team of occupational psychologists enabling clients to use psychometrics to make objective people decisions across the talent lifecycle. His expertise includes leadership assessment and development, organisation and culture change and high potential identification.
He has worked with leading organisations in a range of industry sectors including financial services, energy utilities, pharmaceuticals, property services, telecoms and media.
He has delivered assessment solutions for a number of Central Government Departments and his expertise includes the design of selection processes and assessment simulation exercises and delivery of large assessment projects.
