Stacey is a highly regarded executive with a reputation for leading and delivering customer-centric change, productivity and performance improvement in complex businesses.
She is an internationally recognised subject matter expert in end-to-end Digital People, Culture and Capability Transformations, from Strategy and Tech Stack through to Consumer Grade Employee Experience and Measurable Outcomes.
Stacey has led significant client engagements spanning strategic culture, leadership and capability consulting, delivering enterprise leadership programs, designing communication and marketing approaches and large scale signature people experiences.
She is a passionate practitioner, working with senior leaders and their teams to create the behavioural and mindset shifts that enhance business impact. She has particular expertise in modern consumer-grade multi-modal experience design and production.
Her background as both business leader and consultant informs the practical, insightful and solution-focused edge she brings to her assignments. She has held Senior Leadership Positions in the Public Service (TfNSW), Finance (CBA) and Insurance (QBE).
Prior to joining Korn Ferry she created and led the Future of Learning Practice at Deloitte.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Science (Lancaster University) a Bachelor of Philosophy in Education (Birmingham University). She was selected to participate in the inaugural scholarship in Multi-Platform Screen Production (AFTRS & MetroScreen), studied Gamification, holds multiple accreditations in Information Technology and is currently studying the Company Director Program with AICD. She is a sought after speaker and is keynoting at the AITD Conference 2022.
