Stefania is passionate about supporting companies to grow. She is acknowledged for her drive and versatility when it comes to solving complex and critical issues.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Stefania worked at the biggest  IT Advisory Companies in the world. She specialized in supporting the most successful High Tech and Technology Companies in business and sales strategy and worked on different M&A and IPO. On top she is aware of the European/ Middle East  market and different cultures involved as she worked across the world and geographies. 

Stefania worked across 3 continents and being extremely versatile to adapt to new challenges. 

She is Trilingual (Italian, English and French). She has scholastic knowledge of Spanish and Arabic. Stefania has a double degree master in International Business Management from IESEG school of business and LIUC Carlo Cattaneo both obtained with HONORS and double degree in Management BA from Robert Gordon University ( obtained with HONORS ) and LIUC Carlo Cattaneo (obtainer with HONORS).

Stefania lived in Italy, Scotland, France, China, UK . She currently living in Dubai ( UAE) and working for the GCC Market especially UAE, KSA, Jordan, Oman and Qatar.
