Stephan is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Brussels office and a member of the Firm's Global Financial Services Market. He serves as the Advisory Leader for Financial Services in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and in France.
Stephan has over 30 years of global experience in business and in strategic consulting and he worked in Europe, United States and China.
Stephan’s advises clients on Strategic Business Transformation, Strategy Execution, M&A, Restructuring, Turnaround, Value Creation.
Stephan is also an expert in Strategic Program Management and C-Suite and Senior & Stakeholder Management.
Stephan joined us from ING where he was leading the transformation Belgium and Netherlands.
Previously he was EMEA M&A and Transformation practice leader at Aon and started his career as an actuary at Hewitt Associates.
He has a Msc in Pure Physics, a Msc in Actuarial, and a Msc in Business Administration from the Free University of Brussels (ULB).
He is fluent in French and English and understand Dutch.
