Mr. Lhuillier has over two decades of leadership development experience, coaching CEO’s, C-Suite Executives and Top teams of all industries, facilitating large groups to unleash collective intelligence, and directing world-class leadership development programs in a top-tier business school.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Lhuillier had established in his own leadership and change consulting firm after a career in GM and CHRO positions of global corporations.

Driven by the triple bottom line – People, Planet, Profit – Mr. Lhuillier has a deep experience in leadership assessment, leadership development, cultural change, executive coaching, large group facilitation and blended-learning leadership development programs.

Stéphane Lhuillier holds a MSc (Eng.) from ENISE, an MBA from IMD International. He is a certified Executive Coach by Transformance and recently completed Berkeley School of Law’s Sustainable Capitalism and ESG course. He is fluent in French and English.
