Managing Director for Korn Ferry RPO & Projects ANZ Stephanie Edwards is responsible for the strategic direction and overall accountability for all of Korn Ferry's 26 RPO clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Stephanie’s extensive RPO career spans 12+ years, with 7+ of those in leadership roles across Korn Ferry.

As the current Managing Director, ANZ Recruitment Solutions, RPO & Projects for Korn Ferry, Stephanie is responsible for the strategic direction and overall accountability for all of Korn Ferry’s recruitment process outsourcing clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to her current role, Stephanie was Vice President of RPO and Projects, responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of the RPO and Project business lines within Australia and New Zealand.

Stephanie has also been an RPO Solution Leader, a role she held on our RPO solution with AGL. During her time in this role, she oversaw the strategy, growth and profitability of the AGL Talent Acquisition Function, while leading a team of 17 to provide a range of strategic talent acquisition solutions to all levels of the client – executive, salaried, volume recruitment and consulting on restructure activities.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2013, Stephanie was the General Manager RPO across Australia and New Zealand for an RPO provider specialising in Industrial, FMCG and Mining talent acquisition solutions. Stephanie had overall accountability for their 12 recruitment process outsourcing solutions.

Stephanie also has a range of extensive experience in recruitment model design, implementation, innovation and continuous improvement, change management and technology.
