Regional Leader, Korn Ferry Digital, Asia Pacific

As the Regional Leader for Korn Ferry Digital Asia Pacific, Stephanie Edwards is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and overall performance of Korn Ferry's Digital business across the region.

Stephanie leads a large team of Digital Sales Consultants, taking the suite of Korn Ferry Digital products and solutions to market across all industry segments.

As a world-class, integrated platform providing direct access to proprietary data, insights, and analytics, Korn Ferry’s digital offerings drive organizational performance through people by providing clients with one enterprise-wide talent framework and language. As the Digital business continues to grow, we have expanded our offerings to include sales transformation and seller effectiveness solutions, as well as the new to market KF Careers for Technology offering.

Stephanie works closely with our leaders in client success and delivery to ensure a consistently strong client experience and ongoing evolution of the Korn Ferry Digital business globally, through engagement in product development and enhancement, go to market strategy, team growth and enablement, and partnership relationships within regional markets.

Prior to joining the Digital team, Stephanie led the RPO business across Australia and New Zealand. As the Managing Director, ANZ Recruitment Solutions, RPO & Projects for Korn Ferry, Stephanie was responsible for the strategic direction, growth, operations, and overall performance of the RPO business.

Previously, Stephanie was Vice President of RPO and Projects, responsible for operational delivery of the RPO and Project business lines within Australia and New Zealand. Stephanie has also been an RPO Solution Leader, a role she held on our RPO solution with AGL. During her time in this role, she oversaw the strategy, growth, and performance of the AGL Talent Acquisition Function, while leading a team of 17 to provide a range of strategic talent acquisition solutions to all levels of the client – executive, salaried, volume recruitment and consulting on restructure activities.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2013, Stephanie was the General Manager RPO across Australia and New Zealand for an RPO provider specialising in Industrial, FMCG and Mining talent acquisition solutions. Stephanie had overall accountability for 12 recruitment process outsourcing solutions.

Stephanie also has extensive experience in recruitment model design, implementation, innovation and continuous improvement, change management and technology.
