Steven Hall focuses on working with his clients to develop executive pay programs that motivate, attract and retain top quality talent with the goal of driving long-term growth for shareholders. 

Mr. Hall has over 16 years of experience advising clients on matters related to executive compensation, board remuneration, incentive plan design and compensation issues related to special situations (e.g. M&A, IPO, CEO succession).

Mr. Hall has worked with clients of varying sizes and industries, including financial services, healthcare, insurance, industrials, pharmaceuticals, telecom and utilities.

Mr. Hall is the Co-Chair of the New York Compensation Association.

Mr. Hall has co-authored a chapter titled “The Effective Compensation Committee” in the Handbook of Board Governance.

Mr. Hall holds a bachelors of science in business administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and has earned the Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) designation from the World at Work Society of Certified Professionals.
