Suebsakul is an experienced HR professional with more than 25 years of expertise spanning leadership and talent development, organization development, competency management, performance management, coaching, and talent assessment. His consulting work covers a broad range of HR disciplines across diverse organizational contexts.
He has partnered with leading organizations across multiple industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, property management, FMCG, consulting, high tech, retail, real estate, and healthcare. He brings extensive experience working with clients in these sectors, supporting their strategic, talent, and organizational needs.
Suebsakul has developed deep expertise across a wide range of HR services, including succession and leadership assessment and development, culture transformation, executive coaching, organization development, competency modeling, change management, and career management.
In academia, he served as a full-time Assistant Professor at Chulalongkorn University, where he produced numerous research studies, publications, and a book related to school leader assessment and development, as well as human resource practices in the education sector.
He holds a Master of Public Administration (Management and Policy) from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. He later completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Education Administration at Chulalongkorn University, with a dissertation titled “Designing Simulations for Assessing People Skills and Competencies of School Leaders in Thailand.”
Suebsakul is also a certified coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC).
