Suebsakul is a knowledgeable HR professional with over 25 years of experience in various aspects of HR. His areas of expertise include leadership/ talent assessment and development, organization development, competency management, performance management, executive coaching, whereas his consulting experience covers a wide range of HR areas.
He has also worked with many other leading organizations in various industries such as oil and gas, pharmaceutical, telecom, banking, property management, and FMCG.
Suebsakul also has experience in the education sector as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Education at Chulalongkorn University. He also conducted research and wrote books and publications.
Suebsakul has developed deep expertise in a wide range of HR services including HR Transformation, Leadership and Talent Development, Organization Development, Competency Modelling, Executive Coaching, Change Management, Assessment and Development, Career and Succession Planning and HR process automation.
Suebsakul had experiences with clients in various industries such as oil and gas, Banking, FMCG, telecom, high tech, retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.
In the academic area, he was a full-time Assistant Professor at Chulalongkorn University, where he produced a number of research papers and publications related to school leader assessment and development and HR in education.
Suebsakul holds a Master of Public Administration (Management and Policy) from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, and received his Doctor of Philosophy in Education Administration from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. His dissertation topic was "Designing Simulation for Assessing People Skills and Competencies of School Leaders in Thailand" He also published a number of academic articles in Educational Administration and a book called "Human Resources Management in Education: The New Normal (2021).“
He is also a certified Coach from ICF and MGSCC (Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching).
