Susanne Koblitz

Susanne is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry, based in Hanover, Germany.

Susanne has more than 25 years consulting experience within Korn Ferry in the fields of leadership development, assessment and executive coaching across various industries and functional backgrounds. In the field of leadership effectiveness programs, she is a preferred partner for middle and senior management of enterprises and organizations in the automotive, manufacturing and finance industry in an international environment.

Prior to joining the firm, Susanne worked for 10 years in various sales and marketing functions within the process automation industry. She has a B.A. in Electrical Engineering, a B.A. in Economic Engineering, and is a licensed coach.
