Ms. Snyder consults with clients to execute strategy by enhancing the effectiveness of key talent. She focuses her work on executives and executive teams. The majority of her client work is in the life sciences industry as well as healthcare systems and professional services firms.
Her areas of expertise include senior team performance, culture definition and sustenance, talent management, and executive development (both individual and cohort development). She is particularly passionate about unleashing potential in executives to improve performance.
In addition to her consulting work, Ms. Snyder leads the Organizational Strategy solution area in North America which enable client success by aligning critical organizational drivers with business strategy and business model. This includes operating model and organizational design, top team performance, culture transformation, and talent strategy.
Susan holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Religion from Reed College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
