Ms. Snyder consults with clients to execute strategy by enhancing the effectiveness of key talent. She focuses her work on executives and executive teams, acting as a thought partner to help them drive business impact. The majority of her client work is in life sciences and healthcare, as well as industrial and professional services.
Her areas of expertise include senior team performance, culture definition and sustenance, talent management, and executive development (both individual and cohort development). She is particularly passionate about unleashing potential in executives to improve performance.
In addition to her consulting work, Ms. Snyder leads Korn Ferry’s top team performance offering, globally and in North America. This offering enables senior executives to create and sustain high performing leadership teams that can drive results and transformation concurrently.
Susan holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Religion from Reed College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
