Specialising in Retail, Consumer & Hospitality, Tara has a breadth of experience in both Non-Executive, CEO and Executive Director search work, successfully executing senior appointments for clients across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia Pac.  She has worked with clients in publicly listed, family owned, and private/PE backed companies, engaging in senior executive search and CEO / C-suite leadership assessment projects.

Tara is a versatile individual who has enjoyed a varied career.  She utilises her breadth of experience in developing and executing  executive search strategies across multiple functional areas encompassing General Management, Supply Chain & Procurement, Operations, Technology, Ecommerce, Marketing, Commercial and Trading. 

Tara has worked in global executive search for over 15 years, working for Korn Ferry,  CT Partners and Odgers Berndtson.

In her earlier career she  was a senior member of the Group HR Leadership Team at Low & Bonar Plc, a  performance materials firm.

Tara holds an MBA specializing in International Business from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium and graduated from Nottingham Trent University with A BA Honours Degree in Business.
