He leads a team of Project Management professionals responsible for providing end-to-end project management support across all lines of business. Additionally, he manages one of the firm’s key global marquee accounts, providing operational, governance, and advisory support.

Tariq has over twenty years of experience leading complex projects, mentoring and managing talent, and collaborating across functions to implement key strategic initiatives. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Leadership Coach.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Tariq was the Director of Program Innovation for an international education organization. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors spanning multiple industries.

Tariq holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Management from Centenary University.
