Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Meek managed and expanded the partnership with the largest health plan client for a national healthcare IT company. In addition, she has over a decade of experience working for academic and non-profit health systems where she held leadership roles in business development, clinical recruitment, and operations. Her in-depth experience across multiple healthcare settings, allows her to quickly understand and assess the needs of the client, while also providing a positive and well-informed experience for the candidate.

She strives to develop strong and trusted relationships with her clients through excellent communication and a collaborative, consultative approach. Ms. Meek seeks to truly understand the client’s needs in order to curate a client-specific approach that successfully aligns with the organization’s values, culture, and strategy.

Ms. Meek graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors’ degree in Biomedical Sciences. She received a Master’s of Health Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification through Villanova University and completed a course in Implementing Cost Management in Healthcare at Harvard Business School.
