Teemu is dedicated to clients' success and is driven to exceed his clients' expectations. He has successfully executed various complex CxO and top management and board member search assignments. Teemu believes in teamwork, cultural and strategical fit, and diverse and inclusive leadership. 

Before joining Korn Ferry, Teemu has +12 years expertise in Search Industry. He was a partner in two boutique companies and one being a leading advisory firm. Teemu started his career as a Sales Director/Managing Director in a SME company for special goods trade.

Teemu received his Bachelor Degree from the Laurea University of Applied Sciences. He is fluent in Finnish and English.
