Senior Client Partner, Global Leader, Leadership & Development Outsourcing

Terri Henderson is a Senior Client Partner in the Korn Ferry Advisory Practice, based in the Houston office.  She joins the firm’s consulting business as the global leader for leadership development outsourcing, assisting companies expand the personalized leadership development of their senior personnel beyond the C-suite inclusive of their C-3/C-4 levels.

Ms. Henderson is an agile, enterprise leader, bringing 25+ years of experience to the firm. She acts across the firm with an agile mindset: Purpose, Courage Across and Beyond, Awareness of Self and Impact, Inclusion that Multiplies, and Integrative Thinking allowing her to perform and transform enterprises.

She is a motivational leader for firms, teams and individuals, with an infectious optimism and belief in optimal change and transformation.  She delivers commercially-viable programs and predictable results across the enterprise.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Henderson was at a global insurance and advisory firm where she led an enterprise-wide global innovation training program.  She has worked as a business strategist supporting Fortune 500 companies with well-being and equitable total rewards initiatives, diversity and inclusion transformations, and mergers and acquisitions re-structuring.

Ms. Henderson’s significant capabilities and wealth of experience will propel Korn Ferry’s learning and development outsourcing solution.  Her leadership and experience will be instrumental in supporting both customized and scalable solutions for her clients as they take on an ever-shifting talent landscape.

Additionally, she spent over 12 years at IBM, managing and pioneering large complex deals in outsourcing.

Ms. Henderson has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Akron. 

She also participated in post-baccalaureate studies in Medicine at Northeast Ohio University Medical University.
