Principal Client Director, Global Sales and Service

Mr. Tufford is a member of the Global Sales and Service Practice and is a subject matter expert in Sales Processes, Methodologies, Skills, Disciplines, and Technology.

Mr. Tufford has over 20 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes and across industries to support their Sales Performance needs. The last seven years have focused on Sales Effectiveness, Efficiency, Acceleration, and Transformation.  

Before Korn Ferry, Mr. Tufford was Head of Financial Services for GP Strategies, Sales Vice President for Miller Heiman Group, and held leadership roles with other organizations.  

Mr. Tufford earned a BA in Business, Management, and Marketing from Liberty University. He holds numerous certifications from the Miller Heiman Group, Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, and other institutions. The most relevant certificates are Conceptual Selling® with Perspective, Strategic Selling® with Perspective, Large Account Management Process (LAMP®), SPIN® Selling Conversations, Professional Selling Skills®, Professional Sales Coaching®, Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP), Crucial Conversations, Negotiate Success® and Executive Impact.

When Terry is not working, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family and volunteers most weekends by giving back to his community. Terry also travels and serves in one or more humanitarian projects a year. His latest trips were to Bulgaria to help Ukrainian refugees and Honduras to help the Promise Home Orphanage.
