Terry Tufford is a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Sales and Service Practice and a recognized subject matter expert in sales processes, methodologies, skills development, performance disciplines, and sales technology.
With more than 20 years of experience, Terry has partnered with organizations of all sizes and across industries to improve and transform their sales performance. Over the past decade, his work has focused on driving sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, acceleration strategies, and enterprise-wide sales transformation initiatives. He brings a practical, results-oriented approach that helps sales organizations align strategy, talent, process, and execution.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Terry served as Head of Financial Services at GP Strategies and as Sales Vice President at the Miller Heiman Group. He has also held multiple senior leadership roles, leading teams and advising executives on building high-performing sales organizations.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, and Marketing from Liberty University. He has earned numerous professional certifications, including Conceptual Selling® with Perspective, Strategic Selling® with Perspective, Large Account Management Process (LAMP®), SPIN® Selling Conversations, Professional Selling Skills®, Professional Sales Coaching®, Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP), Crucial Conversations, Negotiate Success®, and Executive Impact, among others.
Outside of work, Terry is deeply committed to serving others. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family and dedicates much of his time to community service. He regularly participates in humanitarian projects around the world, with recent service trips to the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Uganda, Bulgaria, and Honduras, supporting refugee assistance, orphan care, and medical outreach initiatives.
