Thomas brings more than 20 years of international and entrepreneurial experience. He spent over 17 years in the Middle East and founded his own Executive Search firm in Dubai in 2014.

Prior joining Korn Ferry, Thomas worked for a global Executive Search firm where he founded their Dubai Office and led their Middle East operations before being relocated to their global Headquarters  in  Paris  as  Client  Partner  in charge of the French market.

Thomas has over the years conducted a wide range of searches in EMEA within Industrial (manufacturing, packaging, chemicals, automotive, aviation, etc.) in various functions (HR, finance, sales, marketing, supply Chain, R&D, etc.) at mid to top level.

Earlier in this career, Thomas held commercial leadership roles in Aviation, Lighting and Industrial Software.

Thomas holds an MBA in Global Management from Manchester Business School (UK) and a Master’s Degree in international Logistics.

He speaks fluently both English & French.
