Thomas Henriksen is an Associate Client Partner in the advisory practice, based in the firm’s Oslo office, bringing more than 20 years of international talent management experience.

Mr. Henriksen is an experienced speaking partner for C-suite and CHROs in aligning HR’s value creation towards meeting business imperatives and has designed and delivered Succession Planning, Talent Management, People Analytics and Executive assessment / -development processes for mid size and large global organizations.

His experience includes business sectors like retail, energy, life sciences, industry, professional services and public services.

He is an experienced c-suite and senior leader assessor for global leaders across industries and he has consulted at board / C-level / senior leaders for global clients like Sanofi (F), Total (F), Equinor (N), Cargotec, Subsea 7(UK) and Nordic regional champions like Hoegh LNG (N), Nordea, GN Hearing (DK) DNB (N), Anora (Fin N), (Arcus / Altia) and more. 

Mr. Henriksen’s is passionate about documenting value add and utilizes new research, technology and science to design and develop state of the art solutions that push boundaries and enable organizations to win.

He is a certified Executive Coach through the Right Management advanced coaching certification programme and has helped many senior leaders and c-suite leaders reach their full potential.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Henriksen was a European Director / member of the Centre of excellence in another global consulting firm based in their Paris office. Thomas is a father of three, an avid-though mediocre cyclist and skier- and an Ironman finisher.

Mr. Henriksen holds an MBA from Rotterdam International School of Management in the Netherlands, and a Bachelor in Military Sciences from the Norwegian Military Academy in Oslo. He is a certified practitioner and master trainer in Korn Ferry Assess Leadership (KF4D), Hogan Assessments and a certified practitioner in OPQ. He is fluent in and consults regularly in English, Swedish, Danish, French and his native Norwegian, after living and working across the Nordics, the Netherlands and France.
