Director of DE&I, RPO
Tiffany's role serves as an advisor to account teams and clients on the best DE&I recruitment practices as well as shaping RPO DE&I offerings to support the client’s D&I TA strategic goals.
Prior to re-joining Korn Ferry, Tiffany worked for a nationwide consulting firm as a DEI consultant, working with educational and philanthropic leaders in the public, education, and non-profit sectors, to create and embed DE&I strategies within their talent management systems, organizational culture, and change management processes.
Tiffany holds a B.A. in American Studies and U.S. Race and Politics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University.
