Tom brings a rare combination of experience: deep expertise in the recruitment of interim transformation professionals within financial services, alongside hands-on delivery of complex regulatory change within the banking sector. This dual perspective allows him to create tailored solutions that combine exceptional talent with the structure and governance needed to deliver meaningful results.
He began his career at a large financial services recruitment firm before transitioning into industry, joining NatWest Group as a Project Manager. There, he played a key role in multiple large-scale transformation programmes, gaining valuable insight into the inner workings of regulated change environments. Over the past eight years, Tom has focused on developing hybrid consultancy models—blending top-tier interim talent with proven oversight frameworks to ensure delivery success.
Tom holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Exeter. His professional qualifications include PRINCE2 Practitioner and AgilePM Practitioner certifications.
