Tom brings drive, energy and passion to everything he does, with a consistent focus on helping clients achieve their goals. He is passionate about the people agenda across organizations and enjoys shaping innovative solutions to respond to clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Tom worked for a global leading advisory firm assisting financial services institutions with solving some of their most critical challenges. He led several key client accounts, providing advisory to clients on projects spanning technology, digital, data and operating model design. He has worked with a wide portfolio of institutions across Financial Services including Retail Banking, Capital Markets, Payments and FinTech. 

In addition to his consulting responsibilities, Tom was responsible for establishing and  leading the firm's Associate Talent Programme which recruits in excess of 200 graduates per year into a dedicated entry-level consulting training programme.

Tom is based in London and has previously been based in New York.  

Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Organisation from Lancaster University.
