Tom is an experienced pragmatic solution builder and thought partner for systemic organisational problems.

Tom has over 30 years’ experience in management consulting (Korn Ferry, Partners in Performance, McKinsey & Co) and executive line management (CMO of Maxis, CCO of Digi, and Commercial Director at Telstra Mobiles).

Tom has worked extensively across many industries including ICT, Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, Transport, FMCG, and HORECA. He has worked in many different regions and work cultures, including Asia, Europe, Africa, LATAM, and Australia/NZ. He has been based in SE Asia since 2005, initially managing mobile telcos in Malaysia, and then building up an Organisation Effectiveness Consulting business across the Region.

His primary focus today is in assisting large clients in ASEAN Region achieve stepchange improvements in their operating performance via optimising their organisations and their ways of working.

Tom holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York and a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University in the UK. He is also accredited by the Malaysian Institute of Company Directors.
