Global Sales & Service Integrated Solution Leader, Accelerating Revenue Growth (ARG)
Mr. Wroblewski's responsibilities include aligning and driving the Korn Ferry go-to-market approach and unique solution capabilities across Consulting, KF Digital, Executive and Professional Search (including RPO) lines of business to meet clients as they adapt and transform their commercial and customer service teams.
His broad experience includes leading, organizing, motivating and measuring sales, post sales support including technical and customer service teams, sales enablement and training; developing sales tools and business partner channels; and building and optimizing digital sales teams globally. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to creatively solve complex “Go to Market” sales problems and develop cross-functional partnerships at the senior management level and operational levels.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Wroblewski was a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP’s People Advisory Services practice with responsibility for Sales Workforce Effectiveness Practice across North America. He also has held multiple global sales executive roles during his time at IBM Software Group while based in North America, Europe and Japan.
Mr. Wroblewski holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business University of Chicago as well as his BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. His post-education development includes the Advanced Leadership Programs of IBM’s Executive Development Academy. Tom is also a member of the Advisory Board of C3 Corporation. Certified Assistant Scoutmaster in Boy Scouts of America.
