This experience covers the design and delivery of Business Intelligence tools, IT solutions, List databases, contract sales services and assessment centres, and has for many years primarily focused on search assignments.

From a Search perspective Tom has supported clients with senior positions from almost every functional area and sub-part of the industry, from large pharmaceutical or medical device companies to small Biotech companies and start-ups. 

Areas covered have been Commercial roles, Market Access, Brand Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Finance and Medical Affairs.

Tom is working with the Korn Ferry team in the Nordics to develop the Professional Search Life Sciences footprint.

Tom has a MSc.in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and is fluent in English, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish. He is married to school teacher Camilla and has five children (8,13,13,18,21).
