Senior Director, Korn Ferry Digital

As a member of the Korn Ferry Digital North America Commercial Sales Management team Mr. Gutierrez is accountable for leading and managing a team of direct sellers focused on customer acquisition and retention.

Mr. Gutierrez has more than 25 years of experience in developing and coaching leading-edge sales teams to success while driving high customer value and accelerating growth in many new solution categories.

Early in career, he worked at Unisys Corporation serving in several capacities from project leader on mission critical programs such as 911 in addition to leading large-scale systems integration sales efforts covering Public Sector in Los Angeles County and Orange County. His early in career experience propelled him to take his focus on customer outcomes to a career in business development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gutierrez has led and managed sales teams at IPS Learning, Thomson/NETg, DigitalThink, and Oracle. Mr. Gutierrez most recently led the North America Commercial sales team for Strategy Execution where he focused on growing the Duke Adaptive Strategy Execution Program portfolio at various customers including Cisco, Nationwide, and Cognizant.

Mr. Gutierrez brings a wealth of experience and proven track record in accelerating growth initiatives, building high-performing teams, and driving a high-level of customer retention.

Mr. Gutierrez earned his B.S. in Business Management from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Ca.
