Mr. Chand partners with client leaders to develop complex, customized and/or multi work-stream reward and talent solutions for Korn Ferry's public and private sector. He works closely with clients to develop solutions to unique reward and talent needs with the aim of realizing the full power and potential of people.
Mr. Chand oversees projects related to total rewards strategies, job evaluation, base salary and short-term incentive programs, executive pay benchmarking and design, job and org design, employee engagement, and more.
His experience includes program development, as well as program delivery and administration. Tony is well versed in market pricing, salary survey data analysis and modelling.
Mr. Chand brings over 14 years of experience in the fields of compensation, work measurement, total rewards and human resources. He also brings a strong background in organizational design, workforce analytics, HR metrics and reporting, and strategic workforce planning.
Mr. Chand's industry experience includes both private and public sector, primarily in utilities, healthcare, and within municipal and provincial government. Most recently, Mr. Chand functioned as director, compensation and job evaluation for one of Canada's largest organizations.
Mr. Chand works with a range of stakeholders including boards of directors, executives, line managers, and employees, including various unions in the collective bargaining context.
Mr. Chand is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR). Mr. Chand holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Alberta and is also currently pursuing his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
