Mr. Warden leads our Australia Total Rewards practice and is the APAC wide Work & Career Architecture solution lead. He advises boards and executives across a wide range of sectors and industries, covering an array of reward, performance and related issues.
Mr. Warden helps organisations develop sound executive and general reward and performance strategies and implement practical programs that are aligned to business strategies and objectives.
He assists organisations to develop and design strategies, structures and roles to align with and drive organisational change.
Mr. Warden’s focus is on implementation and execution of strategies, ensuring that change happens and doesn’t get lost in white papers.
Some of Mr. Warden’s recent assignments include advising on executive remuneration structures in a private equity owned $multi-billion company, and executive and board remuneration reviews in companies of different sizes and sectors.
Mr. Warden has over three decades of working in Africa and Australasia, 25 of these in consulting. His corporate experience includes both human resources and marketing in financial services. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as a Postgraduate HR Diploma and a Masters of Business Administration.
