Before joining Korn Ferry, I held executive finance leadership positions within prominent healthcare organizations. In these roles, I managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios, led large-scale operational improvements, and spearheaded labor efficiency initiatives across multiple hospital sites. My expertise includes streamlining processes, optimizing contract negotiations, and implementing strategic capital allocation frameworks—consistently driving multimillion-dollar cost savings while enhancing patient and employee satisfaction.

I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Brigham Young University. Additionally, I am a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
