Mr. Manning is a graduate of the Talent Academy, Korn Ferry’s eight-week leadership training program and is now part of the Financial Services team where he focuses on Consumer and Commercial Banking searches. Today, Tyler leads Executive and Professional level searches from end to end within Financial Services.
During his 6 years at Korn Ferry, Mr. Manning has focused exclusively on working with banks and credit unions of all sizes and across all major functions from CEO searches to Mid-Level Management roles. This work has given him a unique perspective on the needs of different types of institutions, which allows him to tailor his approach to each individual search.
Tyler has developed a wholistic view to Executive Search and Talent Consulting that takes into account market trends, organizational culture, and business need to ensure success and long term alignment between candidates and clients.
Born and raised in New York City, he relocated to Dallas to join Korn Ferry and participate in the Talent Academy before returning to Korn Ferry’s NYC office to be closer to his Financial Services colleagues and his family.
Tyler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Allegheny College in 2016, with a minor in Economics.
