She has almost 20 years of experience in leadership development and talent management projects and helps organizations build a robust pipeline of future ready leaders and successors able to deliver company strategic vision.
She supports talents to shape strong and tangible individual career paths including preparing them for C-suite or board positions. She was also engaged in large-scale projects focusing on gender diversity helping women to aspire to top management positions.
She is appreciated for her empathic, positive and engaging approach as well as strong strategic business focus.
Next to her LD experience, she worked on various strategic HR projects, M&A, restructuring and transformation projects, HR digitalization, diversity and well-being. She also led projects involving complex social dialogue and acted as HR mentor to talented HR managers. She organized LD conferences, workshops and academies and actively promoted international best practice sharing.
Veronika holds a Master Degree from Philosophical Faculty, University of Ostrava. She has experience in various LD and HR roles in culturaly diverse environment with strong focus on talent management, performance management and succession planning. She has in-depth business knowledge and acted as a Board member in a number of companies and professional bodies.
