Mrs. Lorenz leads the French Industry Team including our three lines of business: Search, RPO and Consulting.

Since July 2020, Mrs Lorenz has taken over the responsibility for leading Executive Search for the Paris Office.

She brings strong expertise in recruiting executives within the B2B sector including industrial manufacturing as well as B2B distribution & services.

Mrs. Lorenz is dedicated to bringing sector expertise combined with cultural understanding to help her customers create value in an environment of complexity.

A majority of the searches she has been leading or involved with are pan-European. She has conducted various searches in France and Europe for large multinationals as well as for private equity backed small and mid cap as well as family owned companies. Mrs. Lorenz focuses on recruiting executives in leading positions such as general management, operations and also finance.

In her role as account lead for a few industrial clients, Mrs. Lorenz works with clients to align talent agenda with strategy and business needs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Mrs. Lorenz worked for a global competitor for 11 years and previously for two boutiques respectively in Paris and Frankfurt, Germany.

Mrs. Lorenz studied in Germany. She holds a business degree from the International Business School of Bad Homburg, Germany.

She is fluent in German, English and French.
