Vikki started her career in marketing and business development in the healthcare architecture and building design industry, and transitioned to a career in legal, focusing on the healthcare industry. As a healthcare business development director for a large southeast law firm, Vikki worked with individual attorneys, existing client teams, and multiple healthcare pursuit teams to identify opportunities to grow organically and into new industry sectors. This law firm experience led Vikki to discover a career in legal search as a recruiter and business developer for two staffing industry leaders. For the past two years she has been with Korn Ferry’s Legal Center of Expertise.​

A native Nashvillian and current resident, Vikki received her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising with a minor in writing from Western Kentucky University. She has received certifications as a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) through the US Green Building Council, Fundamentals in Legal Project Management, and Miller Heiman Sales Training.​

Vikki enjoys museums, art festivals, reading, music, and weekend road trips. She has two Border Collies that she loves to take hiking and to the local dog parks.​
