With over 15 years of Executive Human Resources leadership experience and over 8 years of consultative business development and client relationship management, she has successfully partnered with clients to identify key strategic objectives, pairing them with ideal solutions, that once implemented deliver high impact and sustainable culture change.
Vikki is innovative and driven by understanding her client’s business environment and top organizational needs. Once the picture of success is revealed she recommends approaches that pair consulting, solution products and digital solutions that build a foundation for enterprise impact and growth.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Dingman held HR executive and leadership roles within large, matrix organizations (private and public). Most recently she was Vice President, Client Relationships for an HR consulting firm. Vikki has owned her own company as well. Ms. Dingman is an “Expert” digital platform user and has led the selection and integration of digital software and services bridged to Workday, SAP and Oracle as well as several LMS, HCM and DB programs. She is uniquely positioned to see the POV and mindsets inclusive of all stakeholders and quickly identify internal and external resources, assist in budgetary alignment and effectively communicate and demonstrate success for her clients.
Vikki holds a Master of Science, Organization and Management, from Capella University and completed her Bachelor of Arts, Business and Communications, at the University of Central Florida. Her accreditations include SPHR and SHRM- SCP.
