Viridiana has more than 14 years of experience in different areas related to Human Capital such as: compensation and benefits, as well as talent development adding value to organizations through leaders.

Her broad knowledge allows her to understand the requirements from different perspectives and translate them into solutions that drive benefit to organizations.

She is known for her human approach and solid experience in mass consumption, retail and direct sales industries. As a consultant, she has developed, implemented and guided the execution of integral solutions such as: coaching for executives, leadership assessments, leadership development programs, culture, job evaluations, organizational architecture and training focused on DE&I and leadership topics for different organizational levels.

In her professional career he has been renowned by the ethical, disciplined, egalitarian and professional approach with clients of different roles and responsibilities to lead them under the best practices and with the highest standards of the industry.

She has 9 years of experience in Human Resources for international companies such as: Walmart Mexico and Central America, Colgate-Palmolive and Avon in roles such as: HR Business Partner and Organizational Development for business and functional areas. Within consulting, the last 5 years she has worked with Consumer, Education, Automotive and Government industries.
