As an organization transformation professional with a proven track record of working with C-suite in building and synergizing organization capability to achieve business growth, Vivi has served in corporate and consulting firm over 15 years.

She has worked with different organization sizes ranging from multinational corporations to local conglomerates in various industries including financial services, retail and manufacturing. As trusted advisor she supported these organizations in managing drastic transformation scenarios, including new business and market setup, M&A, target operating model restructuring, global operations and culture clashes, etc. 

Particularly strong in advising leading companies in various industries going through organization transformation, focusing on companies’ strategic capability identification and improvement such as organization diagnosis and design, strategy decoding and enablement, leadership and key talent life cycle management, and company culture reform.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Vivi was Director at Big Four accounting firms, mainly responsible for large-scale organization transformation projects across mainland China and Hong Kong, before that she also served as General Manager-Human Resources of one flag carrier airline. She has a Master in International Relations and holds a number of membership positions with professional associations in HK.
