Wayne Mealey is Vice President of Client Services and a member of Korn Ferry’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice located in Dallas, TX.
Wayne has more than 25 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience.
Joining the firm in 2015, Wayne has overseen multiple clients within Pharmaceutical, Consumer and the Technology sectors.
Wayne served in the United States Marine Corps earning two Navy Achievement Medals, Navy Unit Commendation and a Good Conduct Medal. Wayne earned an Associate’s Degree in Business while serving in the Marine Corps and received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida upon his discharge.
Wayne currently overseas one of Korn Ferry’s largest global IT accounts.
