His clients span Fortune500, pre-IPO and PE portfolio companies in the middle and lower-middle market spaces, with specific experience supporting CFOs in building out best in class accounting and finance functions for a range of situations including pre-IPO and SPAC scenarios, PE roll-ups and PE exits.

Will began his international executive recruitment career at a boutique search firm for bulge bracket investment banking clients in London, UK, before recruiting for Fortune 500 corporations at a global leading recruitment firm in Seoul, South Korea.

Promoted after his first year recruiting in London, Will continued his success in Seoul, where he helped the company to grow its client base after opening its first office there, bringing in major accounts including Microsoft, McDonalds, Nestle, L’Oreal and eventually leaving the company as the Korea office’s top Accounting & Finance performer.

Following graduating with a Bachelor of Science  from King’s College London, Will studied two years of Law school and a year of post graduate Pre-Med, before focusing in a career in executive recruitment.

Now a father of a young daughter, Will continues to enjoy traveling with his family, and values his involvement supporting Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America and King’s College London’s alumni events in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
