In this role, Will leads a small team of specialty recruiters across the spectrum of Supply Chain Management in Planning, Procurement, Optimization, Strategy, Operations, and Delivery.  He is responsible for delivering subject matter expertise and driving client engagements across industry markets while consistently striving to improve our customers experience.

Will is a high impact results driven professional with over 20 years leading people and organizations, with nearly half that time dedicated to talent acquisition strategy and direct recruitment at the professional and executive level.  Will has been working with industrial, manufacturing, and distribution clients for over six years employing the latest in recruiting technology including AI/machine learning and good old-fashioned phone calls to deliver the differentiating experience that is Korn Ferry.   

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Will had a progressive career with one of the industry's largest contingent solutions where he led numerous large implementations, onsite recruitment, and remote hiring 1000's of contractors in light industrial/manufacturing environments throughout Texas and the US. 

Will proudly served in the U.S. Navy for eight years as an Air Traffic Controller and brings a unique perspective, set of skills, and experiences that shape his ability to build relationships with everyone.  Will is a diversity champion and contributes as a thought leader for our inclusion and diversity practices through seminars, training and development.

Will began his education with a BSN, Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Saint Petersburg College in Florida, he continued his education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha with an MSN, Masters of Science in Nursing.
