Yogesh drives the growth in this region through developing new clients, enabling cross sell of RPO solutions to existing clients in other business lines and enhancing our market presence in the region.

Yogesh has over 20 years’ industry and recruitment experience across India. His experience covers P&L and people management, sales, consulting and solution design, commercial negotiation and pricing, implementation and operations, across most industry verticals.    

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was the Head of Talent Acquisition for Zee Entertainment, India’s largest media house, and earlier was an AVP with Randstad. In this role he was responsible for managing the strategy, growth and profitability of the search and selection business in his regions, including overall operational delivery responsibility, solution design, pricing, negotiation and implementation for all recruitment contracts.

Yogesh has a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science) and has a Masters in Finance from the Dept. of Financial Studies, Delhi University.
