Before joining Korn Ferry, Yosief was an Associate Director at a leading global recruitment firm, where he established himself as one of the most experienced financial advisors in the German market. Yosief has 10 years of professional experience in filling management and specialist roles in finance such as Finance Director, Head of Controlling, Head of Accounting and Tax and Treasury manager.

Yosief aims to have a significant positive impact not only on the success of clients, but also on the careers of the talent that he works with.

Yosief holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Kassel (Germany) with a major in Management and International Marketing. He is currently working towards his Master in Business Economics in part time at the Distance University of Hagen. Yosief is bilingual in German and Eritrean (Tigrinia), with fluent English.
