Second Talent Delivery Centre launched in Europe brings global total to eight

London, 7 November, 2016 – The Korn Ferry division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organisational advisory firm, has announced the launch of a new European Talent Delivery Centre based in Manchester, UK. Bringing the global total to eight, the centre is responsible for delivering excellence in high volume, professional and senior level hires, and will further enhance Korn Ferry’s current European business growth.

Korn Ferry’s delivery centres are based in multiple locations around the world, providing technology infrastructure, research, sourcing and end to end recruiting resources, plus best-practice processes to support Korn Ferry’s global service delivery model. The launch of the eighth Talent Delivery Centre follows those already established in Texas, Buenos Aires, Warsaw, Bangalore, Manila, Shanghai and Auckland.

Teams within the centre will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through seamless delivery and candidate management to both onsite Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team as well as directly to the clients. The centre will provide new career opportunities across Executive Search, RPO and support roles and is scheduled to open early next year. Korn Ferry is already recruiting for a number of Recruiter positions, a ‘Recruitment Delivery Manager’ plus other opportunities in the sourcing and learning space.
