LOS ANGELES, March 19, 2015 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Joseph McCabe has joined the firm’s Global Human Resources Center of Expertise. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Boston office.

Mr. McCabe joins Korn Ferry from a global recruiting firm. Throughout his career, he has held various senior line human resources positions within the financial services, consumer products and technology industries, including Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments' 401(k) business and Head of Human Resources for the New England division of Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Previously, McCabe served as Employee Relations Manager at Ametek Aerospace Products (formerly a division of General Electric's Aircraft Engine business) with responsibility for engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing. He began his career with Raytheon, where he served as Compensation and Benefits Manager and Manager of Labor Relations during his tenure with the organization.

Mr. McCabe earned his bachelor's degree from Gannon University in Erie, Penn., his MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
