Los Angeles, June 1, 2016 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Marcus Schneider will be joining the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Global Industrial Practice. He will be based in Germany and work closely with clients on a global basis.

Mr. Schneider previously was a Partner at a global executive search firm, where he was a core member of the global Industrial Practice, with a strong focus on the manufacturing segment.

Mr. Schneider has developed strong relationships at the top of several international organizations, with a notable track record in recruiting and retaining board, C-level and SVP positions concentrating in general management, sales and marketing, operations and supply chain management.

Additionally, Mr. Schneider led the European Financial Officers Practice at the firm. In this role he placed multiple leaders in various roles and industries across the finance function.

Mr. Schneider holds an MBA from the University of Nyenrode in the Netherlands, with a concentration in change management. He is fluent in English and German.
