LOS ANGELES, December 7 2015 - Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Paul Charles has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Asset Management practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry's San Francisco office.

Mr. Charles joins Korn Ferry from an executive search firm, where he was a Partner focusing on the global financial services industry.

Previously, Mr. Charles was a senior member of the Global Financial Services and Global Legal, Risk and Compliance team of a global executive search firm. There he focused on search and advisory work for asset management, private equity, hedge fund and wealth management clients across North America. In 2013 he was the recipient of the firm's North American Principal of the Year Award.

Mr. Charles graduated from The University of the West of England, Bristol with a Bachelor of Arts in geography and environmental studies.
