Who Should Attend?
This introduction to the Korn Ferry Hay Method is intended for professionals who are accountable for:
- Evaluating jobs and roles, or job analysis benchmarking
- Describing, analyzing, designing, and measuring work within an organization
- Valuing work in their organizations, including compensation management, organizational effectiveness, and human resources development.
Previous experience in job evaluation is not needed.
Participants must be employees of client organizations that currently use the Korn Ferry Hay Method of job evaluation, including Korn Ferry Architect subscribers. How You'll Learn
Learn the basics from the experts. In self-paced and live group learning sessions, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of the Korn Ferry Hay Method. You'll need to complete each session and achieve a "pass" in your self-directed modules before you progress to live virtual sessions.
