Rapid Assessment and Recovery of Troubled Projects is designed for project managers who must take immediate action using a proven process, complete with the accompanying toolkit, for assessing a project that is not going so well, planning and conducting the assessment, determining if a recovery is possible, developing a recovery plan, project stabilization, and preventative measures. The focus is on proven tools and techniques that can be applied rapidly in most situations for assessing and stabilizing a troubled project.
