An experienced search professional, Ms. Magne has an outstanding 20-year track record of serving clients in the professional services and has been enlisted by management consulting firms in the U.S. and Europe to support them in their international and practice development. She is known for completing large scale assignments, team moves and for developing practices or offices from scratch. In a business environment faced with major and fast moving transformations, she brings a very innovative and strategic approach to her clients' needs.

Ms. Magne began her executive search career by starting her own firm, Magna Consulting, based in New York with offices in London. She built the company from infancy to having a team of 12 consultants based across two continents.

Prior to entering the search industry, Ms. Magne was based in New York, working as a management consultant with Oliver Wyman, a strategy consulting firm specialized in financial services where she also specialized in cross-border assignments.

She holds a Bachelor Degree from H.E.C. in Paris with a degree in international business and finance. In addition to her native French, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
