Senior Client Partner, Global Healthcare Services

Mitul Modi is a Senior Client Partner - Global Healthcare Services focused on Executive Search both stateside and internationally. He is based in the San Francisco office.

Prior to this, Mr. Modi led Korn Ferry Health’s projects, hybrid and enterprise-wide talent acquisition and integrated talent management solutions business. Mr. Modi joined Korn Ferry initially as the Chief Commercial Officer in the Healthcare Advisory practice.

Mr. Modi joined Korn Ferry from a global talent firm, where he was most recently Senior Vice President of Physician Solutions, the organizations’ Physician RPO offering.  Before this, Mr. Modi built their Healthcare executive search practice across Middle East and North Africa. Leading a team that was responsible for executing and delivering over 600 C-suite searches across Healthcare Providers, Life Sciences and Med Tech, Healthcare Professional Services and Healthcare Regulation, Mr. Modi was part of the leadership team that successfully navigated the business through two acquisitions.

Having worked in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North Africa and now the US, Mr. Modi brings to the firm deep expertise in the international healthcare landscape with a passion for helping clients define, strategize and overcome complex talent management challenges. He has a strong background in change management and helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives through talent.

Previously, Mr. Modi was based in London, leading the Commerce and Industry sector for a multi-specialism recruitment company.  With full P&L responsibility Mr. Modi turned a failing business around by successfully restructuring the team and re-focusing the entire go to market strategy for the UK.

Prior to that, Mr. Modi was a co-founder and commercial director for a UK based specialist recruitment consultancy with offices in Manchester, Leeds and London.

Mr. Modi earned a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Economics and Social Policy from the University of Manchester.
